KUMATO® & PROSCIUTTO BAGUETTE
- 500g Kumato® Tomatoes
- 1 large ripe avocado, halved, seed removed
- 1 tbs chipotle in adobe sauce
- 150g thinly sliced prosciutto, roughly chopped
- 1 long baguette
- lime wedges, to serve (optional)
- Thickly slice the Kumato® tomatoes, followed by seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Scoop avocado into a bowl and roughly smash with a fork, then stir in the chipotle.
- Cut the baguette at 3-4 cm intervals making sure not to cut all the way through the baguette.
- Spread the avocado between each cut then fill with prosciutto and the sliced Kumato® tomatoes.
- Slice into pieces and serve with limes wedges.
