KUMATO® & Olives SALAD
- 500g Grape Kumato® Tomatoes
- 60g pitted mixed olives in olive oil
- 3 tsp red wine vinegar
- basil leaves to garnish, optional
- Slice the Kumato® tomatoes and arrange on a serving platter.
- Spoon two tablespoons of oil from the olives into a bowl.
- Place olives over the Kumato® tomatoes
- Stir the vinegar into the olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon vinegar and olive oil mix over the salad. Finish with basil if desired. Serve.
