In a large glass bowl, layer half the Mix-a-mato® tomatoes in the base. Top with avocado and scatter over handful basil. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over 1 tablespoon oil.
Spoon pesto over the Mix-a-mato® tomatoes. Top with baby roma tomatoes, bocconcini and handful basil leaves. Season and drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil. Top with Kumatoe® tomatoes and remaining Mix-a-mato® tomatoes. Season and drizzle with remaining oil. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavours to develop.
Just before serving scatter over few small basil leaves and pecorino.
