Place the cream cheese, chives and half the capers in a bowl and mix well.
Combine the oil, vinegar, horseradish cream and sugar in a bowl. Season then whisk until well combined.
Cut the large Mix-a-Mato® tomatoes into three crossways, and the remaining tomatoes in half. Cut the Qukess® baby cucumbers lengthwise into thin strips, using a mandolin or very sharp knife.
Split the bagels in half and lightly toast under a grill. Tear the warm bagels into large pieces then spread with the cream cheese mixture. Arrange on a large serving platter with the Mix-a-Mato® tomatoes, Qukes®, rocket, shallot and smoked Sprinkle with the remaining capers. Spoon over the dressing and serve immediately.
