Drizzle the Broccolini® and salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a large frying pan over high heat until hot. Add the salmon, skin side down, pressing down on the salmon with a spatula to keep it flat and in contact with the pan. Cook for 4 minutes or until skin is golden and crisp. Reduce the heat to medium, turn the salmon over and cook 3 minutes for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Remove the salmon to a tray, skin side up, keep warm.
Increase the heat to medium-high, add the Broccolini® and lemon, cut side down. Cook for 2 minutes, turning the Broccolini®. Add 1 tablespoon water, cover the pan and cook for 30 seconds, until the Broccolini® is tender. Remove from the heat. Cut the lemon in half.
Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Season and whisk until well combined.
Place the Broccolini® and salmon onto serving plates, spoon over the dressing and serve with the grilled lemon and micro herbs.
