Method

  1. STEP 1Combine the spinach and basil on a plate. Top and Qukes®, avocado and strawberries.
  2. STEP 2 Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium-heat. Add the haloumi and cook, 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden. Spoon the warm haloumi over the strawberries. Drizzle with remaining extra virgin olive oil and a squeeze of lime.
Tips TipYou can switch the Strawberries with Perfection Raspberries, Blueberries or Blackberries.
