Michael Simonetta
Chief Executive Officer
Michael joined the Perfection Fresh sales team in 1984. He was appointed general manager in 1988 and became CEO in November, 1991. He has been instrumental in taking his family-owned business from a small operation based at Sydney Markets, to a major national and international marketer of fresh fruit and vegetables.

John Simonetta
Chief Operations Officer
John joined Perfection Fresh as chief financial officer in 1997, after working as an associate at a Sydney law firm. He moved to his current role in June 2005, and is responsible for 60 employees at Perfection Fresh's seven distribution centres, four value-add departments and order fulfilment departments attached to the distribution centres around the country.

Vince Simonetta
Director of Sales
Vince manages sales activities generating $120 million-plus annually while driving diversification into value-added, processed, pre-packed produce. He is responsible for setting the company's product mix, defining geographical areas of operation, optimising the use of human and other resources, and maximising customer service standards.

Sanjay Kinger
Chief Financial Officer
Previously chief accountant, Sanjay was appointed chief financial officer in 2005. He establishes and directs the company's financial administrative activities, devises policy approaches and strategies, coordinates the development and implementation of accounting and related systems and controls taxation, credit policy, cash flow and investment policy.

Jane Leydecker
General Manager Key Accounts and Brisbane Markets
As general manager key accounts (fruit and vegetables), Jane oversees a team of six, servicing customers in multiple states and aligning company objectives with key account sales targets. Jane's team develops marketing strategies for customers including promotions and new product launches. Jane also manages the Brisbane Market stand's operation, performance, and staff.

Graham Rowles
General Manager, Queensland
Graham was appointed general manager, Queensland in 1998. Based at Gatton, Graham co-ordinates sales and marketing performance at Perfection Fresh's Gatton and Bundaberg facilities, distributes Queensland-grown produce to chain stores in four states and central markets in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Brett Collins
General Manager, Southern States and National Order Fulfilment Manager
When Brett joined Perfection Fresh as general manager, southern states in 2003, his first brief was to establish the company's presence at the Melbourne Markets. Today, Brett and his team operate a successful and dynamic market stand with a reputation for meeting demand and building important relationships with suppliers and customers.

James Ryan
General Manager, Western Australia
James directs Perfection Fresh's Western Australian business. He supports suppliers, customers and staff in providing a wide range of produce to WA consumers, ensures packing operations are efficient, quality assurance regulations are met, orders are fulfilled on time, and programs to build a local supply base of proprietary lines are efficiently managed.
