Saladette® Truss Tomatoes Bruschetta
- 3 Truss Tomatoes, diced
- 4 Sour dough, cut into slices
- 3 tbsp Stefano's extra virgin olive oil
- 1 buffalo mozzarella, sliced
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 Fresh basil leaves
- Rub the bread with the garlic clove, brush lightly with 1 tbsp of oil and toast or grill until golden.
- To assemble the bruschetta, spread the toast thickly with diced tomatoes, top with mozzarella slices and basil leaves.
- Drizzle with a little more oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
