CHINESE STYLE EASY PEASY™ STRINGLESS SUGAR SNAP PEAS

- 300g Easy Peasy™ Sugar Snap Peas, washed
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar or sweet sherry
- 2 tsp finely chopped grated fresh ginger
- 1 chopped red chilli, optional
- Heat a wok over high heat until hot. Add oil and Stringless Sugar Snap Peas and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Combine the oyster sauce, vinegar, ginger and half the chilli if using. Pour over the sugar snap peas and stir fry for 1 minute until tender. Serve with remaining chilli.
