MIX-MATO® GREEK STYLE BRUSCHETTA
- 350g Mix-a-mato® tomatoes, halved
- 100g olives, pitted
- 100g soft fetta cheese, Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to season
- Char grilled sour dough, to serve
- Combine a handful of roughly chopped olives and crumbled soft feta to the Mix-a-Mato® tomatoes. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper and spoon over char grilled sour dough for an easy bruschetta.
