  • 350g Mix-a-mato® tomatoes, halved
  • 100g olives, pitted
  • 100g soft fetta cheese, Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to season
  • Char grilled sour dough, to serve

Method

  1. Combine a handful of roughly chopped olives and crumbled soft feta to the Mix-a-Mato® tomatoes. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt and pepper and spoon over char grilled sour dough for an easy bruschetta.
