1 Bambino® Wombok Hearts
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
200 grams fried noodle
1 Shallots sliced
150 grams brown onion diced
1 clove garlic purée
125 grams bean sprouts
1 tbsp vegetable oil
50 grams ginger purée
300 grams pork mince
300 grams chicken mince

Heat oil in wok or saucepan and cook onions, garlic and ginger until onion is transparent.
Add mince and cook until slight brown.
Combine sauces and simmer for 1 minute.
Turn down heat, add sprouts and sliced shallots.
Place baby wombok leaves on plate, put fried noodles inside each leaf and add mixture on top of noodles.
