Method

  1. STEP 1For the miso dressing, whisk the miso, sake, mirin and sugar together until well combined. Stir in the oil, water and sesame seeds. Set aside.
  2. STEP 2Heat half the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the Cauli-Blossom® (with the water still clinging). Cover with a lid, cook, turning often, for 4 minutes until the stems are just tender and lightly charred. Remove to a plate, cover to keep warm.
  3. STEP 3Wipe the pan clean. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Drizzle the remaining oil over the salmon and season. Cook skin side down for 3 minutes until golden, turn and cook a further 2 minutes for medium or until cooked to your liking. Remove to a plate.
  4. STEP 4Divide the noodles, Cauli-Blossom® and salmon between 2 serving plates. Spoon over the dressing. Sprinkle with Furikake and serve.
Tips TipFurikake is a delicious seasoning. Available from Japanese section of larger supermarkets and Asian Grocery stores.
