Broccolini® - This healthy and delicious vegetable is a mix of broccoli and Chinese kale. It’s available all year around at your local supermarket or independent retailer. Look for the Broccolini® name on the tag to make sure you are getting Broccolini®.
Olive Oil – any type of oil can be used in this recipe.
Seasoning of choice
Lemon – added for a hint of tartness.
HOW TO Roast BROCCOLINI IN AN Oven

Step 1: Start with pre-heating the oven. Adjust the temperature based on whether your oven is fan-forced or convection. Place the Broccolini® in a lightly greased roasting tray. Add olive oil, and preferred seasoning. Toss gently to coat.
Step 2: Roast the Broccolini® for 12 minutes until the florets are golden and crisp and the stems tender.
Step 3: Remove from the oven, and serve hot. Squeeze over a lemon before serving.
